By commissioning or purchasing jewelry from Cherish & Co Diamonds (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern all transactions, including but not limited to bespoke jewelry production, ready-to-wear sales, resizing, engraving, polishing, and warranty services, and may be amended from time to time at the Company’s discretion.
For clarity and consistency in understanding these Terms and Conditions:
• "CAD" refers to Computer-Aided Design renderings created during the bespoke process for client review and approval.
• "Confirmed Design" means the CAD design approved in writing by the Customer, after which production begins.
• "Production Timeline" refers to the period required to craft the bespoke piece, commencing only upon CAD design confirmation.
• "Standard Services" include resizing within +/- 2 sizes, engraving, and polishing.
• "Customer-Provided Materials" refers to any gemstones, diamonds, or metals supplied by the Customer for incorporation into the final product.
• "Ready-to-Wear Pieces": In-stock jewelry available for direct purchase, subject to availability.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on this website are the property of Cherish & Co Diamonds or their respective owners. Use of any trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable trademark laws.
All content on this website (including text, images, designs, graphics, and layout) is the property of Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws. No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds.
All CAD designs, concept sketches, and prototypes remain the exclusive property of Cherish & Co Diamonds. The Customer may receive images of their design for approval, but not the original design files. By engaging the Company, the Customer grants permission for completed jewelry pieces to be photographed and shared on the Company’s website and social media platforms, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
When using our website or placing an order, you may be required to create an account or provide personal details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
We welcome your feedback and ideas. However, any comments, suggestions, or other content submitted to us (whether via email, social media, or our website) may be used by Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds without restriction or obligation to compensate, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to remove or edit submissions that are unlawful, offensive, or misleading.
By placing an order or approving a CAD design, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all future amendments which may be posted publicly or communicated directly.
The Company accepts client-supplied diamonds and heirloom materials for use in bespoke pieces. However, the Customer acknowledges all associated risks, including the possibility of damage during setting, polishing, or modification. Cherish & Co Diamonds does not insure customer-provided materials, particularly during transit, and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage.
We take great care to ensure that product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and the uniqueness of diamonds and gemstones, slight variations may occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are entirely error-free.
Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we do our best to reflect accurate inventory, we cannot guarantee availability of all items at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and discontinue products at our sole discretion.
The Company offers select inventory pieces for direct online purchase. Promotions, store credits, or seasonal discounts may be introduced at the Company’s discretion. Such offers may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
This website and all content, products, and services made available through it are provided “as is” and “as available.” Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the accuracy of its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any damages arising from use of this site or any products purchased through it.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Singapore. The Company’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the jewelry in dispute, and no consequential or indirect damages shall be entertained.
