Do you accept credit card instalment plans?

Yes, we do. We offer flexible instalment plans of 3, 6, or 12 months with any Visa credit card,  making it easier to bring your dream piece to life.

How much is the deposit for ordering of bespoke pieces?

Accepted Answer

A minimum deposit of 30% is required. Once your CAD design is approved, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Do you accept pay-later methods such as Atome or GrabPay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do. We accept pay-later options such as Atome and GrabPay Later. However, we recommend using any Visa credit card instead, as we offer instalment plans directly.

*Please note that Atome and GrabPay Later have their own pre-approved spending limits, which are often lower than our typical bespoke jewellery values.
