Cherish & Co Policies

At Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds, we believe that trust is just as important as craftsmanship.

That’s why we’ve made our policies transparent, easy to understand, and designed with your peace of mind in mind. Whether you're choosing a bespoke piece or exploring our ready-to-wear collection, you’ll find everything you need to know, from warranties and diamond upgrades, to collection procedures and our price match guarantee.

Shipping

Customers shall bear all costs related to customs duties, taxes, and miscellaneous fees. The Company ships via registered mail, which includes basic liability coverage. For higher coverage, Customers may opt for additional shipping insurance (typically available at 1%–2% of every SGD 100 declared in value). The risk of loss or damage during shipping remains with the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

At this time, we currently provide our services within Singapore. However, we’re working to offer international delivery soon. We suggest reaching out to us to discuss alternative arrangements before placing an order.

At Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds, every bespoke piece is crafted with care and we believe the final handover should feel just as special. That is why we invite you to collect your finished jewellery in person at our studio, where we’ll walk through your piece together, address any questions, and offer a heartfelt finishing touch.

 

For ready-to-ship pieces purchased through our online boutique with a delivery address in Singapore enjoy complimentary delivery.

Lifetime Warranty

Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds utilises only the highest quality gemstones, paired with impeccable craftsmanship to create special pieces that are bespoke, ethical, and affordable, that will truly last a lifetime. To reflect our confidence, all bespoke pieces come with a Lifetime Warranty.


The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. 
You must retain your original receipt.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers our craftsmanship issues of the ring under normal wear, such as unstable settings or flawed metal finishes, and the optical properties of our Cultured Diamonds (IGI or GIA Certified). This does not include wear and tear, discoloration, scratches, accidental damage, or modifications performed by external parties.


While unlikely, if any issues were to arise with the craftsmanship of your piece, this would happen in the first few weeks of wear. Any faults due to craftsmanship will be repaired, or the piece replaced by Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds at no charge.

  • Damage from inappropriate wear or improper care, such as metal corrosion, misshapen settings, cracked or chipped stones, discolouration, etc. 

  • Cost of replacing lost gemstones or diamonds; these will be chargeable based on market prices.

  • Signs of reasonable wear and tear, such as scratches in the metal.

  • Loss or theft of your ring.

If a gemstone becomes loose, Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds will offer complimentary tightening.

Taking your Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds ring to a jeweller other than Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds (for repairs, maintenance or alterations (unless otherwise discussed and permitted by our team in exceptional circumstances) will void your Lifetime Warranty.

Orders

A minimum deposit of 30% is required to initiate any bespoke order. This deposit becomes strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the CAD design is approved. The Company may offer installment plans in collaboration with various financial partners or credit card providers; these options are subject to change without prior notice and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The standard production period is 6 to 8 weeks, calculated from the date of CAD design confirmation. One complimentary revision to the CAD design is included; further revisions may be chargeable. Production timelines may be extended during festive seasons or public holidays, and while every effort is made to adhere to estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for such delays, and Customers are advised to plan in advance.

Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds provides complimentary engraving (within 6 months of receipt), lifetime polishing, and resizing within +/- 2 sizes for up to one year from the date of delivery for any Cherish & Co bespoke pieces. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that variations in engraving alignment, clarity, or appearance may occur depending on ring design and space constraints. These and any complimentary services are offered as a gesture of goodwill and do not constitute grounds for refunds, disputes, or financial compensation.

We want to ensure your ring fits perfectly. Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds offers unlimited complimentary resizing within a range of +/- 2 sizes for up to one year from the date of delivery. After the initial complimentary resize window, any additional resizing will incur a fee, starting at $[] SGD.

Specific Resizing Limits

  • Some rings, such as full eternity bands, or those with complex designs or gemstones around the shank, may not be eligible for resizing. In such cases, alternative solutions will be discussed with the Customer.

  • Pave Band Rings: Can be resized up a total of 4 sizes and down a total of 2.5 sizes.

  • Marquise & Round Shared Prong Bands: Can be resized a total of 2 sizes only.
     

Resizing may lead to minor variations in shape or finish, especially with platinum or delicate designs, and the Customer accepts all risks associated with such adjustments.

The Customer will receive guidance on proper care of their jewellery. Failure to follow this care advice, including exposure to harsh chemicals, impact, or improper storage, may result in damage and void the warranty. Lifetime polishing is available, but the Company does not offer re-plating services (e.g., rhodium for white gold). If re-plating is required, Customers may engage third-party providers at their discretion.

All bespoke jewellery items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, credits or exchanges. For ready-to-wear items, exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase. This is only valid if the item is in original, unworn condition and free from damage or scratches. Exchanges are not allowed if the piece shows signs of wear or physical defects. No refunds will be issued unless mandated by law.

We ask that you please consider all details of your ring carefully before making your purchase. Our team is available to answer any questions and clarify any queries you may have prior to ordering, to ensure your purchase is the perfect choice.

To provide you with the utmost assurance with your bespoke or custom ring, we create and provide you a CAD (computer aided design), which is received typically within 1 week of your bespoke consultation session. One complimentary revision to the CAD design is included; further revisions may be chargeable. If you do not approve your design within 3 days, we proceed with crafting as per the original CAD design. Once you have approved your CAD or exceeded the 3 day approval period, no further changes to your order can be made.

A minimum deposit of 30% is required to initiate any bespoke order. This deposit becomes strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the CAD design is approved. If you wish to cancel your order after purchasing, before the CAD is received, the paid up deposit will be forfeited.

Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange to any customer if:

  • There is evidence of use and wear of the item.

  • It is a bespoke, custom made item.

  • It is a ring that has been resized to your specifications.

  • An incorrect finger size is supplied by the customer.

  • The reason is not related to quality issues.

  • The quality issue can be easily rectified by our jewellers.

  • There is evidence to suggest the customer has misused or intentionally tampered with the product.
     

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Diamond

At Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds, we want every customer to be happy with their choice. If, after placing a deposit, you feel the need to change another diamond, we provide a service for diamond exchange requests, which comes with associated costs. This cost includes administrative charges and is calculated based on the following:


Admin Charges

$500 or 10% of the diamond value (whichever is higher).


*Note: Certain diamonds are not eligible for the diamond exchange policy and this policy is only applicable to purchases made in Cherish & Co’s showroom. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us here.

Diamond Ring Upgrade

At Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds, we believe that every diamond you’ve chosen holds meaning and meaning should never be traded away.

 

That’s why our Lifetime Diamond Ring Upgrade pathway isn’t a trade-in.

Instead, we invite you to keep your original diamond as a keepsake, or to transform it into something new, like a pendant or charm that continues your story.

 

When you’re ready to upgrade to a larger or different diamond, we’ll design a new ring or jewel to reflect your next chapter. Your original stone stays with you. No reselling, no compromises, no hidden stories.

 

This upgrade pathway is available for our bespoke pieces that both natural and lab-grown diamonds. And as our thank-you for growing with us, you’ll enjoy an incredible pricing privilege for your new centre stone. Valid for both natural and lab grown diamonds only.

Diamond Price Match

At Cherish & Co Bespoke Diamonds, we believe luxury should feel honest, accessible, and worry-free. That’s why we offer our Diamond Price Match Guarantee, so you can shop with full confidence, knowing you're receiving fair value without sacrificing quality or service.

 

Here’s how it works:

If you find a comparable loose diamond listed at a lower price from another Singapore-based retailer or online store, we’ll do our best to match or beat that price.

 

To be eligible for a price match, the diamond must:

  • Be of the same shape, carat weight, colour, clarity, and cut grading

  • Have the same certification (IGI, GIA, etc.)

  • Be in stock and available for purchase at the time of the request

  • Be from a local reputable jeweller or platform (no auction or peer-to-peer marketplaces)
